The centerpiece of our facility is a remarkable 3,150 cubic foot master control room built to highly accurate acoustic specifications. This unique workspace seats 7 comfortably, contains no parallel surfaces, and is fitted with a variety of custom acoustical treatments.

Our spacious 436 sq. foot, floated and isolated "Live Room" has 10 foot high ceilings, reverberation control, natural sunlight, separately floated drum zone and adjustable "live" and "dead" acoustic imaging zones.
Our spacious vocal and instrumentation isolation booth is also independently floated and isolated, with excellent visibility to both the live room and control room.
Our "Piano Room" of 318 sq. feet, with antique brick walls and ceramic floors,
contains a antique Heintzman square grand piano(from 1867). Ideal for jazz or acoustic music performance recording.
